Course Overview
In Circuit Breakers, students will explore electricity and electrical circuits using a
Micro:bit, a small programmable microcontroller. Students will create simple electrical
circuits, measure voltage and current, and use the sensors on-board the Micro:bit to
monitor motion, sound, light, and temperature. We will also learn to program the
Micro:bit using Microsoft MakeCode before completing a final project – designing and
building a model ‘smart town
