Course Overview
History is the story of humanity from the earliest days to the present day. It is the story of changing human cultures, politics, lifestyles, beliefs and creativity. Today a lot of what will be ‘our history’ is played out in social media and on TV.
Students will explore historical events and people from hundreds or thousands of years ago and channel their creativity to design a social media presence for that event or person.
How would their story have been told using the social media tools and TV programs of today?
