Whacky Racers provides an engaging, hands-on learning platform using theoretical knowledge and practical implementation. Students use design, engineering, mathematical and scientific skills to build and road-test a racing machine.
Exploring Newton’s Laws of Motion and other physics concepts, will assist students in maximising the performance of their car. Students will use the engineering design process to develop creative prototypes and record all stages of the design and build process.
There will be a final race day where all the racers will be put through their pacers to see who has built the best racer!
