Course Overview
Escape room challenges are mental and physical adventure based games in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategy to complete the objectives at hand. BreakoutEdu is a similar concept.
In Breakout games, players use teamwork and critical thinking to solve a series of challenging puzzles – all with one mission in mind – to open the locked box. This course sees students working with a variety of different team-members to open breakout boxes both virtual and physical. They also invent a Breakout game of their own for others to solve.
The tasks require critical thinking, collaboration, creativity and communication skills. Do PEAC students have what it takes to escape?
