Course Overview
“Anything is possible, one stroke at a time” Zentangles are a form of art which have specific steps which anyone can achieve. Studies have shown that practising this art-form increases mental retention, stimulates creativity, improves one’s mood, calms and resets the brain.
In this course you will learn how to create your own Zentangles whilst also studying the physiological effects on your body using scientific methodology. Are previous studies correct? Can you replicate them? What are your results and conclusions?
This course combines mental health with art and science to create unique opportunities for you.
Course costs include an incursion by a Certified Zentangle Teacher plus all materials, which are then yours to keep and use into the future.
