Course Overview
Using the Harry Potter universe as a rich starting point, this course engages gifted learners in an inquiry into how magical worlds are constructed and why they matter. Students explore magical systems, creatures and characters while examining themes such as power, identity, fairness and ethical decision-making. Through creative and critical thinking tasks, students design original magical concepts or systems and justify their ideas with clear reasoning, culminating in a creative product that demonstrates imagination, depth of thought and purposeful design.
