Where English and Maths meet in perfect poetic harmony! Students encounter new ways to select and craft words and ideas using a range of poetic forms linked to exciting
mathematical ideas.
Exploring mathematical themes such as fractals and the Golden Ratio and analysing poetic structure leads them to the creation of their own works of poetic genius.
Building an understanding of SOLO Taxonomy assists and encourages the students to take a deep thinking and deliberate approach to formulating and connecting ideas which bring the magic of poetry and the beauty of mathematics in our world together.
